Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC)

BPSC is conducted by the Bihar state of government to recruit for the civil service posts , Its examination encompasses three sections Preliminary study part followed by Main Examination part and Interview.Preliminary study is an objective type (Multiple choice questions) for qualifying which has a weight of 150 marks, and each question is of 1 marks and time limit is up to 2hrs. The main examination is a subjective type and further classified into two parts: Written Examination – 1200 marks, Interview (Personality test) – 150 marks,

The candidate must be a graduate in either of the following Subjects:Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Natural Science, Agriculture, Geology.

Physical fitness criteria: Candidate appearing for the State Civil Service Examination should be physically fit according to the standard of the BPSC.

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET)

conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and AIIMS MBBS entrance exam, conducted by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), The students must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Bio-technology in the qualifying examination, For candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes, the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology taken together in qualifying examination be 40%, For students with locomotor disability of lower limbs, the minimum of 45% marks for General-PH and 40% marks for SC-PH/ST-PH/OBC-PH are required.

Common Admission Test(CAT) & Management Aptitude Test (MAT).

CAT is a computer based test held in India, The Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) started this exam and use the test for selecting students for their business administration programs,Hold a bachelor's degree, with no less than 50% or equal CGPA (45% for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disability (PWD)/Differently Able (DA) classification) & MAT is used for admission to Master Of Business Administration (MBA) and allied programmes by over 600 business schools across India, To appear in MAT exam, you must have obtained recognized bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration or equivalent in any discipline. Those studying in their final graduation year may also apply.
